Fuck Being Strong
Fuck being strong is the era of doing strong differently.

Do you ever feel like you’re done with trying to live up to the expectations of errbody, sis? Like you’re tired of trying to be and do all the things for all the people all the time? Tired of trying to hold back the tears when your heart is breaking with each breath you take?  Do you feel like for once in your life you just want to FLOAT with tide instead of fighting against it because life is lifing way too hard?

If you have, you’re probably entering the fuck being strong era, and Natty and Shirl just want to say, come on in, sis. You’re not only welcome here, but you also deserve to be here.

Here is where you GET to correct your friends/family when they say, “you’re so strong”. Here’s where you GET to be vulnerable and fall apart with no guilt and no shame.

In this week’s episode of the Shades of Strong Podcast, your hosts, Shirley Hubbard and Natalyn Bradshaw share how they’re doing life in the fuck being strong era and how you can move through life happening when being strong is not an option

A few things that came up in today’s conversation:

 – Anticipating life’s mishaps and hiccups
 – Navigating life when you don’t have the strength to be strong
 – Having a contingency plan in place with life happens
 – Identifying the things and people that drain your energy
